# 501 - LIMA, CUSCO, SACRED VALLEY AND MACHU PICCHU - 4 night tour

Itinerary day by day:

DAY 1 - LIMA
Upon arrival, reception at the airport and transfer to your hotel. Our representative will give you a documentation kit with detailed program explanation. Luggage and hotel registration assistance is offered. In the afternoon, a trip to the essential Lima, “The City of Kings” including the most important architectural icons of the city, such as the Main Square, where you can find the Government Palace, the City Hall, the Cathedral and the Archbishop’s Palace. Then, we continue with a visit to the Santo Domingo Convent, an architectonic jewel dating back to the 16th century. On our way to the modern area of the city, we will cross the exclusive district of San Isidro, the new financial heart of the city, to take a look at pre-inca Huaca Huallamarca. Finally, we conclude our circuit in Miraflores, where we will visit the “Parque del Amor” (Love Park) an excellent spot to enjoy a great view of the Pacific Ocean. Drop off at Larcomar or hotel. Overnight in Lima.

DAY 2 - LIMA - CUSCO
At the scheduled time, transfer to the airport for your flight to Cusco . Upon arrival, reception by our representatives and transfer to hotel. Rest of the morning free to relax and adjust to the altitude . In the evening, enjoy our visit to the amazing colonial city built on the foundations of Inca palaces , walking the streets of the Barrio de San Blas and the Stone of Twelve Angles on Calle Hatun Rumiyoq , the Koricancha or Temple of the Sun where we appreciate the fine work that the Incas performed on the rock as if it were a sculpture, the Cathedral with its carved woodwork delicate and impressive altars. We end by visiting the Museo Inka , also known as the Admiral's House , which was built on Inca foundations and which now houses a comprehensive collection of ceramics, textiles and metalwork Inca and an important collection of colonial paintings of the Cuzco School. Overnight in Cusco

DAY 3 - SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS, PISAC MARKET AND OLLANTAYTAMBO
We will drive to the Sacred Valley of the Incas, surrounded by the river Urubamba. On the way, stop at Awana Kancha where you will discover the beauty of South American camelids: guanacos, llamas and alpacas single species, and an exhibition of traditional Andean textile art. Then, we traverse the colorful market of Pisac, where you can see a blend of color, tradition and local people exhibiting typical products, silver handicrafts, alpaca and ceramics. Lunch at a local restaurant to continue the tour to Ollantaytambo, the oldest continuously occupied settlement in the Americas, its narrow streets and canals unchanged since Inca times. In it, we see the fortress of Ollantaytambo archaeological complex with terraces and stone walls carved with a dazzling technique. Overnight in Sacred Valley.
Meals included: breakfast and lunch.

DAY 4 - MACHU PICCHU
Visit one of the major energy centers of the world: Machu Picchu. The excursion will be by train and during the trip we will have an amazing view of the landscape of the Sacred Valley of Urubamba. Upon arrival to Aguas Calientes, our representatives will assist you to board the bus that will take you to the citadel. It will be an unforgettable experience, where a professional guide will transmit us the history around this mysterious and charming place. After the tour, enjoy free time to explore the zone on your own, relax and meditate. At the scheduled time, descent to Aguas Calientes. Lunch included. In the afternoon, board the train back to Cusco. Upon arrival, our collaborators will be waiting at the station, from where we will transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Cusco.

DAY 5 - CUSCO
At the scheduled time transfer to airport to board your flight to Lima. Upon arrival, connection with your international departure flight.
